Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of PiLog (the Service). By using PiLog, you agree to follow these Terms.
1) Eligibility and use
PiLog is intended for users who need a lightweight interface to manage their own pilot logbook entries and printable reports. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and truthfully.
2) Google account connection
You connect your Google account so PiLog can read and write to the sheet you choose. You should grant only the permissions you want, and only to the sheet(s) you control.
3) Data ownership and control
Your data remains yours. Your flight records are stored in your own Google Sheet and remain editable there. PiLog is a tool to assist entry, calculation, and report formatting; it does not become the legal owner of your logs.
4) Compliance responsibility
You are responsible for verifying that your logbook entries and certificates satisfy the operational, training, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to your license, operator, or region.
5) Availability and changes
PiLog may be updated, temporarily unavailable, or changed at any time for maintenance or product improvement.
6) Limitation of liability
PiLog is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7) Termination
You may stop using PiLog anytime. You can revoke access from your Google account settings. You may also remove connected sheet mappings in the app.
